The live service is the demo shop that Nightjar watches. The incident, the fix and the release happen in the GitLab project.

Look at it in 60 seconds

  1. Open incident #3 and read the postmortem the pipeline wrote.
  2. Open MR !3: the regression test fails on the base commit, passes with the fix, and the gate comment shows score 16.
  3. Open MR !4: the gate does not merge it, because it touches app/tax_rates.py, owned by Finance.
